Our perfumes are crafted with premium ingredients and designed for long-lasting performance. Whether you’re out all day or hitting the town at night, one spray keeps you fresh and unforgettable.
2. Are your perfumes original and authentic?
Absolutely. All our fragrances are 100% original, created under the Essence & Co label with high-quality oils and expert blending.
3. How long does the fragrance last?
Our perfumes typically last between 8–12 hours, depending on your skin type, weather, and how you apply them. For longer projection, spray on pulse points and clothes.
4. Do you offer tester or sample sizes?
Yes, we offer sample packs so you can try before committing to a full-size bottle. They're perfect for exploring our collection or gifting.
5. Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?
We use skin-friendly ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals. However, if you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.
6. Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver across Pakistan via Daewoo Fastex. Fast, tracked, and reliable.
7. How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is Rs. 250 flat nationwide. Orders above PKR 7,000 require a 100% advance payment.
9. What if I receive a damaged item?
Record an unboxing video and email us at essenceacoperfumes@gmail.com with pictures. We'll resolve your issue ASAP.
10. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns on perfumes. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll fix it.
